8. Shipping & Returns

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control. Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect shipments reported within 48 hours of delivery. Opened or used products cannot be returned.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
